Santa Express Toy Fair
What: A chance to provide your child with a new or gently used, donated toy for Christmas while stocking a local food pantry to help others.
When: Wed. Dec. 9th from noon-3pm, Thurs. Dec. 10th from 10am-3pm
Where: Oskaloosa Library Meeting Room (please enter through the rear of the building)
Who: Primary caregivers of any Jefferson County child ages birth - 8 years
How: Step #1 - preregister by contacting Elaine Scott at 913.426.3878 or e-mail her at escott_pat@yahoo.com
Step #2 - Bring your non-perishable food items the day/time assigned to you when you preregister
Step #3 - You and your personal shopper will shop for toys, books, games that are developmentally appropriate for each of your children.

Shirley Swendson & family for adding to the generous donations
already collected from other Jeff. North families (see last edition
of the Update). Your generosity will put smiles on little faces and
give a little comfort to those families in Jefferson Co. that are
experiencing tough times.
